Description Facilitating the growth and preservation of performing arts in Tracy. The foundation's facets include the annual prodution of "Tracy, Our Town, USA," the Tracy Community Choir, and the theatre wing. The foundation also conducts scholarship programs such as Star Quest which is an annual competition for vocalists, and the annual scholarship fund for performing arts-minded high school seniors.
